Shipping Policy
At Scents of Pleasure, every order is hand-poured, packed with care, and made to delight your senses from the moment it arrives. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Processing Times
- Standard Orders: Please allow 24-48 hours (business days) for processing before your order ships.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: These may take 3–5 business days to process, as each item is crafted just for you. We’ll always aim to ship sooner if possible!
Note: During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Stay tuned—we may expand internationally in the future!
- Most packages are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided via email once your order leaves our studio.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Please note: We do not guarantee shipping times. Carrier delays are beyond our control, but we’ll always keep you updated!
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder—or reach out to us directly.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier first for tracking support. If you’re still having trouble, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
