2. Are your candles safe to use on skin?

Yes! Our Classic Candle Line is made with a skin-safe wax that doubles as massage oil. Perfect for a cozy night in or a little self-care.

3. What types of candles do you offer?

We offer a variety of candle collections:

  • Gent Scents (woodsy and masculine fragrances)

4. Do you offer candle samples or gift sets?

Absolutely! Try our Sample Sets available in every line, which includes four 2oz mini candles—perfect for gifting or finding your signature scent.

5. How long do your candles burn?

Burn time depends on the candle size and collection. Our full-size candles average 40–60 hours, while our mini/sample candles offer 10–15 hours each with proper care.

6. What is the best way to care for my candles?

Check out our Candle Care Starter Kit, a free downloadable guide packed with tips on wick trimming, placement, and seasonal burning advice. You’ll extend your candle life and keep it burning beautifully. As always, follow the instructions on your candle care card.

7. Do you offer custom or private label candles?

Yes! We specialize in custom orders for personal gifts, events, corporate gifts, and private label collaborations. Let’s bring your fragrance vision to life.

8. Where are your candles made?

All candles are hand-poured in small batches right here in the USA. We put love and intention into every jar.

9. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all our candle products are vegan, cruelty-free, and free from phthalates, parabens, and synthetic dyes.

10. Do you teach candle-making classes?

Yes! Join us for one of our candle-making workshops, where you’ll learn the art of pouring your own candle while enjoying a fun, creative experience.

11. Do you offer international shipping?

13. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

We begin processing orders quickly to get your goodies to you as fast as possible, so unfortunately we cannot cancel or change an order once it’s been submitted.

Please note: Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be changed once production begins—each piece is handcrafted just for you.

14. I had an issue placing my order or my item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! If you're having trouble checking out or something arrived in less-than-perfect condition, please reach out to us at orders@sopcandles.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
