At Scents of Pleasure, each product is handcrafted with care, and your satisfaction means the world to us. While we do our best to deliver perfection, we understand that sometimes things don't go quite as planned. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Damages & Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@sopcandles.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll assess the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a discount code for future use, a replacement, or further support.
- While we can’t control how packages are handled during shipping, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handmade and often personalized, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Custom orders
- Personalized items
- Used candles
- Opened or burned products
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
We do not offer refunds for items returned without prior approval or items damaged due to misuse or burning improperly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective, please reach out and we’ll help you with a replacement or alternate solution.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your refund is delayed, contact your bank or credit card provider for processing times before reaching out.
